Curated Services
Our curation service is a consultation fee. If you are not satisfied with the initial recommendations, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will review your feedback.
Activity Bookings
Cancellation terms for individual activities are set by each provider. We will communicate these to you before you confirm a booking. Cancellations must typically be made at least 48 hours before the activity date for a full refund, subject to provider terms.
Rescheduling
Many activity providers allow rescheduling. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date and we will assist with the provider.
Provider Cancellations
If an activity provider cancels an event, we will arrange a full refund or alternative date at no extra cost.
